this is pointless because your pc is doing all the work to run the game.. your just converting it to your tv.. you can use ps3 controls on a computer so why not just play it on a pc..
It uses the computer for everything. Basically, you’re playing the computer except you’re using the TV as a monitor and the controller (or the keyboard hooked up to the PS3) as the keyboard. It uses the PC’s power and transmits the video to the PS3.
WOW what a many shit to do… Just install another OS in your PS3… and if not much capacity? buy a 2.5″ SATA Hard Drive there up to 250GB. PS3 is a computer not need go do all that :S
The idea of connecting your ps3 to pc and vise versa is good but not to play games with though. Even desktop control through other programs are not 100%. Its just too choppy.
it should work with san andreas i play that on pc coz i cant be botherd to do all this lol but now i play vice city on comp because i could get hold of a cd-rom of vc but not for sa so i have dvd rom for sa
i thought you will use the cpu power of ps3 to play pc games. its not even worth all the stuff u do like format ps3 install other os, setup an account and then even after u do everything perfect, u have to pray for no lag.
all this just to play pc games on your tv? it doesnt make sense at all.
unplug your pc case and carry it over next to your tv set. its much easier. most new PCs can be hooked up to tv with just one cable. lap tops even easier.
