Does playing 8 to 12 hours a day of nonstop pc games affect eyesight?

well I have experienced dry eye because I try not to blink when Im playing so you might start getting chronic dry eye. Also try taking breaks every once in a while to let your eyes rest

Yes it does, your staring at a close screen for too long, could probably lead to nearsightedness or farsightness(i forget which one). I think they suggest taking a break every 30 minutes or something and try to look at things far away from you. read the little warnings that came with the instructions of the game.
