Bambino asked:
Well thanks for helping me .
Can playstation 3 games be played online by more than one player ?
In other words . . If I bought used ps3 game from ebay and the first user played it online will the game be registered for him ? or can I play online too ?
Is there a registeration process for online playing on PS3 like PC games or you just use you online ID and log in online gaming ?
Thanks a lot for giving me advice

You can play that game as well. Any hard copy disc can be played by multiple people with multiple PSN IDs. As long as you have the game disc you can play under any name you want.
The only games that restrict play to one username are downloadable games like Warhawk. They will only work with the name you purchased it under. Of course, you can buy the retail (hard copy) version and not worry about it if thats what you prefer.
You have to register for a PSN ID, but it just asks for your name and address. If you plan on buying things online, use your real information. If you want to make multiple accounts or don’t care about purchasing online content, just make up bogus info. Demos and other free content can still be downloaded.
Keep in mind that if you buy a game like Warhawk online, you can not transfer the game to any other user. Also any statistics that are saved (like COD4 rank, for example) can’t be transfered either.
You do NOT register for each game you purchase. Just put the game in and play it under any username/PSN ID you want and it will work perfectly.
