Where can I download movies, themes, and games for psp for free?

Apart from downloading demos & themes at the Playstation store, there’s the PSP Demo Center at pspdemocenter.org (more demos) and myxmb.com for themes. No movies, though.
For movies, you can probably find a tutorial for converting DVDs to the PSP’s .mp4 format online. There’s a lot of freeware out there for video conversion, you just have to find the right one for you.
If you’re running custom firmware, there is a whole community of programmers handing out free homebrew games they’ve designed. A good hub is.
