I have two new pc games and one has bad graphics, the other will not play. What do i do?

To change the graphics for UT3, just go into options -> video. The biggest thing is resolution - higher is better, however depending on your monitor’s aspect ratio certain ones will look better. For a 4:3 monitor, try 1600×1200. For a 16:10, try 1440×900.
As for the Timeshift problem, that all depends on your video card. Exactly what model is your card? If it sucks, chances are Timeshift won’t even play until you replace it. However, with 3 GB of memory I can’t imagine you bought a PC with a low-end graphics card…try patching Timeshift.

Telling us just your memory and HD space does not really help with the issue. You should definitely post more tech specs.
However from what you’ve said so far, I would guess that perhaps there is something that Timeshift does not like about your computer. Are you running Vista or XP? What Video Card model do you have? Are you running multiple cores or hyper-threading? etc. etc…
My guess based on your limited information is that either your video card is not getting along with your new games, or they need to be patched up.
