How can I change the soundtrack on my xbox 360 games? Can I save music from a cd to the hard drive?

Yes you can. all you have to do is put in a CD and upload it onto your Xbox 360, the xbox will usually guide you through it. then, while your playing your game, you can change the music by clicking the home button on your controller, clicking on the music, and selecting your artist, album, or song. Then, once you exit the home screen you will be listening to your music. you can do this for any game.

you burn songs onto a cd. Then insert it in the 360. Then burn it to your 360 by going to the music section of the dashboard.

To add to the above posters, you can also save playlists and name them whatever you’d like. For example, I have a “Gears of War Playlist”. And for some reason, a lot of files from burned cds often will not rip to the hard drive. If I want to upload a mix, usually only 1/2 of the songs will rip to the hard drive for whatever copy protection reasons. Its much better when you’re ripping fron the real cd.
