What are some good xbox(or xbox 360) games for someone who isn’t use to shooters or xbox?

I’m only really use to PC games (Online ones like EQ, WOW, CoH/COV and then Sims) and Nintendo games (NES and SNES) I never played an xbox before but all my friends play it so I figured I’d get one. I played Oblivion which is fun but real hard and I’ve played doom 3 which I liked and Pirates (LOVED this) What are some other games that I might like? I have a xbox 360, a dance pad, only 1 controller atm, 22 yr old female if it makes a diff and never played shooters other than Doom3 (and I heard that I suck)

Oblivion has a difficulty slider in the options menu, reduce it if you’re finding it tough (no shame in it)
Other games, GUITAR HERO II YEAH!!!! Best game in the world, ever. I love it, and no one can knock it until they’ve tried it.

Or how about some xbox Live arcade game? I like to have a game of backgammon when I want to chill out, or Worms is always fun.

I’ve heard viva pinata is very good (kinda sims-y)

Or there’s Blue Dragon, a nice Japanese RPG, not too hard, nice simple story with cute characters (don’t mean to patronise).

Ooooo, or since you liked Pirates, why not try the latest Harry Potter game, or the Shrek 3 game?

try the sports games if you have any interest in that. sports games are the best on xbox 360. if you like football then madden would be awesome.
