This is a serious question, it’s for a Christmas present. We are thinking of buying a Gameboy Advance for our daughter and just want to know if you can play Nintendo DS games on it. Please help.
definately no. the nintendo ds was made after the gameboy advance. it has better graphics and a different cartridge. the ds can play gameboy advance games, but that’s about it. sorry
No but there are plenty of quality GBA games out there if you aren’t able to afford a DS. GBA games can be played on the DS but not the other way around. You may want to look into a used DS on ebay.com they have some fairly good prices.
She wont be able to play ds games on the gba. if she wants to play ds games you will need to buy either a ds or a ds lite. if you cant get a ds there are still plenty of good games to choose from that can be played on the gba

GBA can not play DS games but DS can play GBA games. I would recommend a DS Lite.

i’m pretty sure that you can only go the other way. GBA on DS, but not DS on GBA.
