I’m thinking in buying an external 250 hardrive and would like to know if I could play pcgames thru the HDrive. What I want to say is that if could save the pc games on the external drive.
External hard drives are best used for storing data that is only accessed ocassionally. This includes things like movies, photos, documents, and the such.
Games should still work…but they’ll take a little longer to load since the external connection isn’t as fast as your internal drive.
If your internal drive is really that small, you may want to consider a larger drive, and then using an application to copy all your data over. Your old drive can then become an external drive by inserting it into an external drive enclosure.
