Why would you want to if you got the Gamerscore for them? I rented a game Stuntman Ignition and Saints Row, and kept the 55 total gamerscore i got from them. Why not?
Games that have been played on the console cannot be erased, even if they have a GamerScore of 0.
There is a possibility that in the next system update, that there will be a way to remove games from your list that have a GamerScore of 0, but this is unconfirmed.
Games that haven’t been played in a while are pushed to the bottom of your “games” list, so it’s usually apparent when one no longer plays a certain game anymore.
