How come there are not many games for the Playstation 3 right now?

In October a huge selection of great PS3 games will be released. If your a GTA fan as I am you will be soaked because GTA IV will be released mid October.

With the next generation consoles, there’s going to be fewer and fewer games because of the money that’s needed to make those games. Video games have become like big budget movies. Think about how much Metal Gear Solid 4, Halo 3, or Final Fantasy XIII is going to cost to make those games.
There’s not a lot of PS3 games because developers are still learning how to make the most use of the cell processor. Also the huge storage space is probably causing developers to add as much stuff as they can. The summer months are also known as the drought months because very few games are released during this time. Fall and winter is when there are a lot of games being released.

They may not, I dont think most people are willing to pay 600$ for a ps3.
If not enough people by the ps3 whats the point of making games for it.

ps3 have sold alot of console they sold more than the xbox 360 did in the first 6 months but to answer your question their coming just got to wait a couple of more months until then if you do the online gaming that should keep you occupied until the games do come out check out the link below it’ll show a list of game and the dates their going to be release i think when gta 4 come out everyone going to be happy with that game for awhile before searching for a new game…people are still playing san andreas!!!!
