Are there any PC games I can play that are laptop friendly? How about RPG online ones?

Try runescape, at runescape.com… It doesnt take much space if you use Low Detail settings.

World of Warcraft. It probably won’t run at high detail on that spec but should be playable at low/medium detail. I would upgrade the RAM to at least 256MB though. 128MB is too low for running any kind of game with XP.
