Can a psp play sp or ds games? also where can i get the best deals on a psp?

Play.com is also usually quite cheap and reliable for games + hardware:
But your best bet is really to shop around and see if you can find a good package (like a PSP with a couple of games that you want bundled with it).
I don’t own a psp myself so I cant really comment on the rest of your questions, though I think it is possible to download films (not dvds per se but video files in the right format).

DS games are made for use with Dual Screens with on a touch screen. I can’t imagine how they’d translate that onto a PSP.
PSP games are listed on Wal-Mart.com new for $40-$50. Consignment stores, such as GameStop probably have cheaper used games. And games going for like $15-20 on EBay.
Yes, they do get wireless internet if you have a wireless router or if you’re in a wireless hotspot. The PSP has UMD format, so instead of trying to put DVD’s on it, which would take up a heck of a lot of space, you can just buy UMD movies for it, They’re pretty widely available.
I really don’t think the PSP has the HardDisk Space or processing power to run PS2 games, if you can even find the Emulator and ROM’s you’d need.

the psp games and movies are usually 30-50 dollars. they do get internet but only wirerless.you can download stuff on it but watever you do dont upgrade your psp first thing when it asks you and whatever you do dont buy your psp at wal mart games are ok there but not the system, trust me
